Dr. Noemi X. Oliver is a Christian psychologist, leadership coach, and pastoral counselor dedicated to empowering individuals through faith-based psychological principles, spiritual formation, and personal transformation. With a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling, an MA in Humanities, and multiple certifications in counseling and leadership, she integrates biblical wisdom with practical strategies to help others heal, grow, and thrive. As Executive Director of Manna Joseph Storehouse, she leads initiatives that provide critical resources to underserved communities. She is also the Founder of NX Solutions Consulting, where she offers expert financial and leadership coaching, and Co-Pastor at Encounter Church Fort Worth, serving alongside her husband, Bishop Gary Oliver.

Dr. Oliver’s influence extends into advocacy and community leadership, serving as a State Representative for the Hispanic Women’s Network, a Board Member of the Zonta Club of Brownsville, and Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Sombrero Festival. Her impact has earned her national recognition, including being named Top Female Advisor (2017) and Volunteer of the Year by the American Red Cross (2007). Passionate about equipping others with the tools to lead abundant lives, she co-hosts The Secret Place Podcast and leads Fabulous, Finance & Faith, empowering individuals to align their faith with financial and personal success.
